Fruit Salad Pie

2 tsp unflavored gelatin

3 tbs orange juice

1/2 cup diced fresh apricots

1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and cut into halves

1/2 cup diced oranges

1/2 cup sugar

1 Vanilla wafer pie shell

Soften gelatin on orange juice, then dissolve over hot water

Mix with fruits at room temperature

And add sugar

Pour into pie shell and chill until firm

Cover with whipped cream topping and serve at once

Makes one 9 inch pie
