Elderberry Pie


1 pie crust

2-1/2 cups stemmed elderberries

1/2 cup sugar

1/8 tsp salt

2 tbsp flour

3 tbsp lemon juice



Fill pie shell with berries

Mix sugar, salt and flour, sprinkle over Berries

Add lemon juice

Cover with top crust

Bake in hot oven 450 for 10 minutes

Reduce to 350 bake another 30 minutes

Makes one pie
