Chocolate Brownie Pie




3 eggs

1/3 c butter

1-1/2 c granulated sugar

3/4 c sifted flour (all purpose)

1/2 tsp salt

3 sq Hershey’s baking chocolate, melted

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 c chopped nuts



Beat the eggs until very light

Cream the butter, and add the sugar gradually

Beating until light and fluffy

Sift the flour and the salt set aside

Then add the cooled melted baking chocolate and the beaten eggs to creamed mixture

Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk to which the vanilla has been added

Then stir in the nuts

Pour mixture into a greased 9 inch pie pan

Bake 375F for 45 to 50 minutes

Serve the pie topped with ice cream or whipped cream if desired
