Sour Cream Potato's

Sour Cream Potato's

4 potatoes boiled and mashed

1 cup sour cream

1/3 minced onion

2 tbsp butter

Salt to taste

1 (6oz) can French-fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350F

Mix potatoes, sour cream, onion, butter and salt;

Beat until fluffy.

Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with onion rings

Bake 15 minutes
