Gingered Sweet Potatoes




2-1/2 cups grated sweet potatoes

1 cup molasses

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups, milk

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon ginger

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon



Combine ingredients except sugar and cinnamon

Bake in deep dish at 350 for 20 minutes

Sprinkle with brown sugar mixed with cinnamon

Return to oven for 25 minutes.
