Cheesy Baked Spinach

1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons milk

2 to 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spread spinach evenly in an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.

Season with salt and pepper

Thin cream cheese with milk to spread able consistency.

Spread on spinach, top with Parmesan cheese and bake until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes

Serves 2
