| Hawaiian Holiday Cup 2 cans (10-1/2 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted1 cup canned pineapple juice1 tsp finely grated green pepper1 tbsp finely grated onion1 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp ground cardamom1/4 tsp nutmeg6 tsps heavy cream In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients, except cream, with 3 quarts water, stir until well mixed Over high heat, bring to boiling, uncovered, stir occasionally Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally Serve at once, in mugsSwirl 1 tsp cream into each servingMakes 6 servings | |
