In a few days, the moist balloons will have dried

Once animal is assembled, cut a slit with sharp knife into which you can slip a supply of goodies. Hard candy, pennies, balloons and hair ribbons are all possible stuffing items.

The final step is time consuming

Fold 3 inch strips of colored tissue paper length-wise.
With scissors fringe these strips
Next turn strips wrong side out
Wind these fluffy strips around animal

Strips of tissue paper can be cut to form a dangling tail, floppy ears, or long eye lashes
Form a ribbon harness for your pet and it's ready to brighten your home on Christmas Morning or Birthdays
