Old Fashioned Mustard Plaster


For colds and flu congestion,
Mix 1/4 cup dry mustard,
1/2 cup flour
and 1 egg white.
Spread this paste between layers of flannel or wool cloths.
You can put this on top of nightclothes,
Watch carefully, as it can blister the skin
