Canned Meat Ball Picks
Use any of the canned pressed meats and shape into balls
With a vegetable ball scoop. (The leftover meat trimmings
Can be mashed and mixed with a barbecue or chili sauce and
Used for a spread.)
Serve the balls on toothpicks with a dipping sauce

Cheese Apple Picks
1 8 ounce package American cheese
1/2 cup chopped nuts
12 small pickled onion, chopped
Soften the American cheese with a fork
Add the nuts and onions.
Mix well
Form into small balls and chill
Dust one side of each with paprika
Stick with a whole clove to resemble stem
Stick on a Toothpick

Cheese Olive Ball Picks
Spread very small stuffed olives with cream cheese
Seasoned with horseradish.
Roll in chopped dried beef

Ham Cottage-Cheese Ball Picks
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 deviled ham
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup minced watercress
2 tablespoons minced chives
Mix cheese, ham, horseradish, and sour cream...
Add salt and pepper to taste
Chill thoroughly.
Form into balls and roll in mixture of minced watercress and chives.
Stick ball on a toothpick

Ham-Egg Ball Picks
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
Salt and paprika
Mayonnaise
1/2 pound boiled ham
Crushed corn flakes
Shell eggs and separate yolks from whites.
Mash yolks with a fork and add chives
Season to taste with salt and paprika.
Mix to a smooth paste with a little mayonnaise
Grind ham and whites of eggs.
Combine the two mixtures and form into 1 inch balls.
Roll in crushed corn flakes
Stick on a toothpick

Peanut-Butter Ball Picks
Mix peanut butter with a little grated raw Carrot and Ketchup.
Chill, and then form into balls
Stick on a Toothpick
