Coronations

Spread small rounds of bread with butter,
Then sprinkle with a little garlic salt
With egg or cheese slicer or very sharp knife slice 6 hard-cooked
Eggs crosswise into about 4 slices each
Remove yolks carefully
Place white rings over bread rounds
Put yolks and ends of whites through a food grater or sieve
Combine them with
1 tbsp soft butter
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp garlic salt
Blend thoroughly
Taste and season more if necessary
If mixture is too heavy add a little vinegar or lemon juice
If it is too soft, add a little more cheese or additional sieved
Hard cooked egg
With Bag and a star tube Press this mixture into egg rings about
1 inch high
Decorate tops with pink cheese rosettes and green leaves
Glaze if desired
