Sugared Nuts
1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 250
Beat egg white and add one tablespoon of water
In a small bowl, stir together the sugar, salt and cinnamon
Dip each nut in the egg white mixture, then in the sugar mixture
Spread nuts in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, then store in refrigerator.
