Peanut Bread


1/2 cup sugar

1 egg (beaten)

1 cup sweet milk

2 heaping teaspoons baking powder

1 cup nuts or 2/3 cup peanut butter

2-1/2 cups flour

Cream sugar, egg and peanuts or peanut butter, then add milk and flour alternatively

Bake about 40 minutes



This is excellent bread for the children's luncheon
