1-1/4 cups flour

1/4 salt

2 eggs

1 tsp sugar

1 cup milk



Mix dry ingredients

Gradually add milk and well beaten egg

Beat very thoroughly

Bake in well greased, hot muffin pans in a hot oven

Fill pans about 1/2 full of batter and reduce heat toward end to prevent popovers from becoming too brown.
