Russian Sauce

Russian Sauce

2/3 cup sour cream

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp chili sauce

3 tbsp finely chopped parsley

1 tbsp finely chopped red onion

Dash pepper

Dash cayenne

In a bowl, blend mayonnaise and sour cream well

Add chili sauce and parsley, onion pepper and cayenne

Refrigerate for a short while to blend flavors

If using shrimp, add 1/2 cup cooked chopped shrimp and 1 tbsp chopped dill to sauce
