Ginger Snaps

1/8 cup sugar

¾ cup shortening

2 cups flour

¼ cup molasses

1 egg

2 tbsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp ginger or less



Make Balls and roll in sugar

Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes
