Almond Creme Liqueur




1 fourteen-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1-3/4 cups Amaretto liqueur

1 cup heavy cream

4 eggs

1 teaspoon instant coffee powder

2 teaspoons almond extract

2 teaspoons vanilla extract



Combine all the ingredients in a container of an electric blender; process until blended.

Store in a tightly closed jar in the refrigerator for up to one month

Serve chilled;

Stir before Serving

Cranberry Liqueur



2 cups sugar

1 cup water

1 (12oz) pkg fresh cranberries

3 cups vodka



Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan, cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and cool completely



Place cranberries in a food processor. Process 2 minutes or until finely chopped

Combine sugar mixture and cranberries in a large bowl, stir in vodka



Pour the vodka mixture into clean jars, secure with lids

Let stand 3 weeks in a cool, dark place, shaking every other day



Strain the cranberry mixture through a cheesecloth-lined sieve into a bowl, and discard solids

Carefully pour liqueur into clean bottles or jars



Yield 4 1/2 cups

Serving size 1/4 cup



Liqueur can be stored refrigerated or at room temperature for up to a year.

Homemade Cream Cordial




1 (14 oz ) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)

1-1/4 cups of your favorite liqueur (almond, coffee, orange or mint)

1 cup (1/2 pint) Whipping or light cream

4 eggs (use only grade A clean, uncracked eggs)



In blender container, combine all ingredients

Blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired.

Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month

Stir before serving

1 oz White Creme de Cacao

1 oz Green Creme de Menthe

1 oz Sweet Cream

Shake well with cracked ice and serve into cocktail glass

Recipe To make your own Kahlua




2 quarts of water

6 cups of sugar

16 tablespoons of instant coffee

Optional: add 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to give more of a chocolate flavor



Mix and bring to a boil for 5 minutes

Turn down to a simmer, cover when it is down to a simmer. Simmer for 1 hour and Stir so it doesn't stick to the bottom.



Take off cover after 1 hour

and bring back to a boil for a 5 minutes.

Let Cool

Add a liter bottle of Vodka and 6 tablespoons of Pure Vanilla Extract



Bottle

you can use glass jars-can buy canning jars at grocery stores.
