Coffee Cream Pie


1/4 cup flour

1/8 tsp salt

2/3 cup sugar

1 cup strong coffee

1 cup milk

2 egg yolks

2 tbsp butter

1 pie Crust



Mix flour salt and sugar thoroughly add coffee and milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Stir slowly into beaten egg yolks and cook 1 minute longer

Add butter

Cool

Pour into pastry shell top with a meringue

Makes 1 pie shell
