Sweet Potato Casserole




4 large sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed

1 can crushed pineapple, drained

2 tablespoons honey

Marshmallows



Place layers of potatoes, pineapple and potatoes in casserole.

Cover with honey and pineapple juice.

Dot with marshmallows

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
