Carrot-Onion Casserole




8 small onions, peeled

6 carrots, scraped and cut in pieces

1 can mushroom soup



Place onions and carrots in 1-1/2 quart casserole.

Add un-diluted soup.

Bake covered in preheated 375 for about 1 hour

Makes 4 servings
