| Turkey Gravy 1 tablespoon butter or margarine3 tablespoons flour1/4 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups turkey broth Melt butter or margarine over low heat, mix in flour and salt, heat and stir until bubbly. Add broth slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for at least 13 minutes. Makes six 1/4 cup servings. | |

| Giblet Gravy 1 tablespoon butter or margarine3 tablespoons flour1/4 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups turkey broth1/2 cup chopped, cooked giblets Melt butter or margarine over low heat, mix in flour and salt, heat and stir until bubbly. Add broth slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for at least 13 minutes. Add the Giblets to the gravy heat for a few minutes to blend flavors. Makes six 1/4 cup servings. | |

| Tomato Gravy 2 tblsp butter or margarine2 tblsp all purpose flour1/3 cup beef broth1 (8oz) can tomato sauce1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper Melt butter in a small sauce pan, whisk in flour, and cook, whisking constantly 1 minute. Gradually whisk in broth and tomato sauce. Reduce heat, and simmer until thickened Whisk in salt and pepper. | |
