Berry Soup

2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed

1/2 cup champagne

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup sour cream

Mint leaves (optional)

Fresh Berries (optional)

Puree strawberries in a blender.

Add next 5 ingredients, and process until smooth

Serve immediately, or chill until serving time

Garnish each serving with mint leaves and fresh berries if desired

Yield 3 cups
