| Jack-O-Lantern Treats
¼ cup margarine or butter
1 pkg (10oz about 40 regular) marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
5 cups Marshmallow Krispies cereal
Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat
Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted
Cook over low heat 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat
Add Marshmallow Krisipies Cereal
Stir until well coated
To make five Jack-O-Lanterns, divide cereal mixture into five equal parts
Form pumpkin shaped balls and stems
Decorate with frosting and Halloween candies
Yield 5 Jack-O-Lantern Treats
Note for best results are obtained when using fresh marshmallows | |

2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. skimmed evaporated milk
2 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pumpkin
Mix all ingredients well & drop w/ladle onto a hot griddle or use a lg. iron skillet which has been greased well.

- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup raisins
- brown sugar
ProcedureBeat the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin till smooth. Add the spices to the flour and mix well then add to the pumpkin mixture. Add the raisins. Fill you tins 2/3 full and then sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. These muffins are very yummy and an excellent way to get your kids to eat their veggies, lol!!
