Step by Step























1BASE COAT BOARD WITH LIGHT BLUE ACRYLIC PAINT. LET DRY. SPRAY CUTTING BOARD WITH GLITTER SPRAY.
2USING PATTERN, CUT BANNER FROM WHITE FOAM. PRINT "WARM WINTER WISHES" ON BANNER USING BLUE DIMENSIONAL PAINT. LET DRY. GLUE BANNER TO BOARD. (SEE PHOTO)
3EMBELLISH BOARD WITH FOAM STICKERS. SEE PHOTO FOR PLACEMENT.
4BRUSH SNOW MEDIUM ON BOTTOM OF IGLOO STICKER AND BOARD. LET DRY.
