You'll need:
A couple different sizes of ornaments
1 styrofoam cone
toothpicks
hot glue gun
sheer red ribbon
and some evergreen sprigs
start with the foam cone
then start placing ornaments (larger on the bottom) and smaller on the top
Use smaller ones to fill in along the bottom half also
turn ornaments with hanger hole towards the cone stick a toothpick in to help hold the ornament and hot glue to the cone
work your way up to the top and place a larger one on the very top
then drape sheer ribbon down in 4 pieces
