| Crocheted Loop Stitch Slippers Directions are given for small size with changes for medium and large sizes in parenthesesIt takes two skeins of Blue Yarn and a plastic crochet hook size J or size needed to work gauge Abbreviationsch (chain)st (stitch)sc (single crochet)lp (loop) Gauge 5 sts equal 2 inches SlipperCh 21 (23, 25), sc in second st from hook and in each remaining st of ch, ch 1 to turn all rows Row 2: Work 1 double lp st in each st (double lp st: insert hook in st, winding yarn clockwise, wind yarn twice around index finger, insert hook from left to right through lps on finger, pick up both lps and pull through st, drop lps from finger, yarn over and pull through all lps on hook) Row 3: Sc in each st. Repeat last 2 rows twice Next 6 Rows: Work in sc for sole,Next Row: Work in double lp st.Next Row: Work in scNext Row: Work in double lp st. Repeat last 2 rows once. Fasten off. Make 2 Slippers FinishingFold slipper in half, match rows of one side and sew seam. Sew first and last rows of slipper together for about 4 inches from seam.
