Start Warm Season Veggies

Start vegetable plants such as tomatoes, peppers and eggplant indoors about 6 weeks before you plan to set them outdoors. For a head start, try pregerminating the seeds by soaking them in warm water for a few hours, then placing them in a Ziploc bag with a damp paper towel. Once you see signs of germination, pot them up in individual paper or peat pots.
