St. Gregory, St. Augustine, and St. Thomas Aquinas there symbol is the Dove

St. Boniface's
emblem is a small fountain

St. Francis
protects any fish that might be in it.

St. Patrick
is the patron Saint of Organic Gardeners

St. Valentine
is the protector of Small Intimate Gardens

St. Elizabeth of Hungary
Lover of Rose Gardens and Gardeners
