Cloud Berries



Cloudberries are similar to raspberries

They are not common in the US except for the northern regions of Maine and New Hampshire and in Alaska

The flavor is pleasantly sweet and aromatic, the color is golden yellow

Cloudberries are used for jams and preserves and also for liqueurs
