Your ahead of me, I haven't got my Thanksgiving things down yet, and its very windy here today, so by the end of the Week I'll have my Christmas Decorations up, We were out of town over thanksgiving so, I've fallen behind this year.

If you are, I didn't know you lived in England, My cousin and I were suppose to go to London this year, we were going to celebrate our 50th birthdays, together there, neighter of our husbands wanted to go.
But her daughter got married just about the same time we had planned to go, so we didn't make it, we were both very heart broken, since both of us have always wanted to go there, Hopefully we can swing the money to go next year. LOL

I decided to put a real tree this year, I haven't done that in years, But I love the smell of a fresh pine tree, so I got a little $20.00 tree at Walmart, yesterday, and I put it up today and it smells Wonderful!

we use live in east london
we moved up to west yorkshire in 1998

the weather is cold today , we had snow here last week . it s the first time i can remmeber having snow in dec .

we usely get it in jan

It's actually quite chilly here too, in the Dallas Texas area.
we had teens this morning and wind chills in the single digits.
You need to stop sending it down here, blow it back north. LOL

We had a wonderful time (even though Hubby had to work). He is a Park Ranger, so they allowed him time off to come home for dinner and play a couple of games of eucre. He had to go back to the Park and check it out again , and got to come home for fun and games until about 7:45 and had to go back, clear the Park and lock it up and came home for the night.
All of the kids, grandkids, Bill's brother and our sister-in-law always come over as soon as church lets out. Our son and his family live about 45 minutes away from us in one direction, and our daughter and her family live 1 1/2 hr. from us in the other direction.

Sounds like you had a lovely Christmas, ours was quite nice also, we went to my sisters for dinner, and met some other friends there, we had way to much to eat, but it was fun.
