Lavender Mint Bath Bags

These attractive "tub tea bags" are wonderful smelling and leave your skin smooth and fresh smelling. Muslin tea bags can be found in most stores or catalogs that sell loose tea, or else in a kitchen store. They can be reused if desired (but only for bath teas - don't use them to make real tea for drinking afterwards!) Simply place the tea bag in the stream of running water as the tub fills and it will create a wonderful aromatic bath. Make sure to use old fashioned rolled oats and not instant oatmeal.

1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup dried lavender
1/4 cup mint (Can be purchased at Health food stores dried flakes in a bag) or you can grow your own
30 muslin tea bags

In a small bowl mix together the oats lavender, and mint. Place about a tablespoon of the mixture into each tea bag. Tighten each bag to hold the contents and store in a dry place until ready to use.
