Acts as an antacid and improves digestion
Combine 4 cups water, 1/2 cup honey, and 1 tbsp fennel seeds
Bring to boiling
Remove from heat, add 4 regular tea bags and the juice of 2 lemons
Steep for 5 minutes
Strain the tea through a fine sieve
Chill, covered.
