Tulip Eggs

Using as many hard boil eggs as desired
Shell and place them in red, green, or other colored water
Pick up with a large spoon and drain them on a cake cooler or towel
As soon as they are cool, with paring knife
Cut 3 rounded petals on small end of egg
Leaving about 1/2 inch space at top
Remove surplus whites of egg to show yolk
Place a whole clove in center of yolk
Insert green onion stems in large end, and arrange tulips attractively
On hors d'oeuvres, meat, or salad platters
Slice pieces from undersides of eggs to prevent them from rolling
