Nut Covered Olives
Cover small or medium-size stuffed olives
With soft chicken liver paste or ham paste, braunschweiger
Sausage or spreading cheese
Work it gently in palm of hands
Roll into very fine chopped or grated pecan or walnut meats
And place each on small round buttered crackers or breads
Decorate top with soft cream cheese rosette
