2 egg yolks
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup heavy cream
5 -6 cups flour
Sift flour and salt into large bowl

Work in flour carefully until dough is stiff, but not quite as stiff

Roll very thin and cut in pieces about 2 to 4 inches, cutting a

Drain on unglazed paper and sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar
