Cereal Slices

1/2 c butter
1 pkg miniature marshmallows
2 c salted peanuts
4 c assorted bite-size shredded cereal biscuits (wheat, rice and corn)

Melt butter in 3-qt saucepan
Add marshmallows and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted
Stir in nuts and cereals
Divide mixture in half on sheets of foil or waxed paper
Shape each half in a 15" long roll, using fork and side of foil or waxed paper to aid in the shaping
Wrap rolls tightly and refrigerate until firm
To serve, cut in 1/2" slices
Makes 5 dozen
