| Holiday Bread (made with Baby Food) 2 cups flour1-1/2 cups sugar2 tsp soda2 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon2 (7-1/2oz) jars junior sized carrots (baby food)1/2 cup salad oil4 eggs, well beaten1/2 cup chopped nuts Combine flour with sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in mixing bowl, blend wellAdd carrots, oil and beaten eggs, mix wellStir in nutsPour batter into 2 greased and lightly floured 8-1/2x4-1/2x2-1/2 inch loaf pansBake at 375 for 55 to 60 min, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out cleanRemove from pan cool on wire rackMakes 2 loaves | |
