Sage Bread (Tastes like Turkey Dressing)


Ingredients Small Loaf Large Loaf
yeast 1 1/2 teasp. 2 1/4 teasp.
Bread flour 1 3/4 Cup 2 2/3 Cup
whole wheat flour 1/2 Cup 3/4 Cup
sugar 1 teasp. 1 1/2 teasp.
Salt 1 teasp. 1 1/2 teasp.
Dried sage 1 teasp. 1 1/2 teasp.
Garlic clove minced 1 1 1/2
onion 1/4 Cup 1/3 Cup
vegetable oil 1 Tbls. 1 1/2 Tbls.
water 3/4 Cup 1 cup + 2 Tbls.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by
your bread machine. Use the regular bread cycle
according to bread manufacturing directions.
