A Baby Just Like You The season is upon us now A time for Gifts and Giving And as the year draws to its close I think about my living The Christmas Time when I was young, The Magic and the Wonder, But colors dull and candles dim, And dark my standing under O little Zachary, shining light You've set my soul to Dreaming You've given back my Joy in Life And filled me with New Meaning A Savior King was born that day, A Baby just like you, And as the Magi came with Gifts, I come with my Gift Too That Peace on Earth fills up your time, That Brotherhood surrounds You. That you may know that Warmth of Love, And Wrap it all Around You It's just a Wish, a Dream I'm told From days when I was young Merry Christmas, Little Zachary Merry Christmas, Everyone Merry Christmas, Little Zachary Merry Christmas, Everyone John Denver, J. Henry (c) 1975 |

A Christmas Letter At an antique desk an old man sits alone It's Christmas Eve And it's almost time to go He signs his name to a letter he just wrote Then he reads it back with a Voice as Soft as Snow Chorus: I want Peace on Earth for Christmas In a world where there's not One Hungry Child They would hope and faith Conquers Fear and Hate All I'm asking for is a little more Love Then he walks outside And he climbs up on his sleigh And calls out to his Reindeer Off they Fly Away Oh tonight he'll make a million dreams appear While he wishes that his own deams would come true this year Repeat Chorus That they would Hope and Faith Conquers Fear and Hate All I'm asking for is a Little more Love Reba McEntire

Monster's Holiday
It was the night before Christmas and all throught the castle My monsters were having a Yuletide hassle. The tree was all trimmed in ghoulish things. Like monster fangs and vampire wings. (It was a monster's holiday) But they were up to no good (It was a monster's Holiday) Didn't act like good monsters should (It was a monster's holiday) They found themselves a new play (It was a monster's holiday) They planned to rob Santa's sleigh They were making a list and checking it twice Frankenstein wanted a shiny new tryk
A new chain for Yarnush
A brace for Igor's back
A speed shaver for Wolfman
A new cape for Drak
(It was a monster's holiday) But they were up to no good (It was a monster's holiday) Didn't act like good monster's should (It was a monster's holiday) They found themselves a new play (It was a monster's holiday) They planned to rob Santa's sleigh The Mummy was to signal from the castle roof
At the very first sound of a reindeer hoof As Santa slid down the chimney wall The zombies were to make off with sleigh and all From beyond the moat arose such a clatter I jumped to the window to see what was the matter Like a bolt of lightning it happened so quick And there in out midst stood Old Saint Nick He began to dig down deep in his sack And came up with the traction for Igor's back Drak got his cape Franky's tryk made him behave Even Wolfman was happy now he can shave (It was a monster's holiday) And all ended well (It was a monster's holiday) And Santa was really swell (It was a monster's holiday) No need to rob Santa's sleigh (It was a monster's holiday) Maybe next year he'll come back So the children everywhere were spared the grief Of losing their presents to a monster sleigh thief Now the monsters Love Santa and say they'll behave And never again rob sleighs or graves [Repeat "it was a monster's holiday' in background with the following] Igor, what do you think of Santa now? Arrrrr....Santa Good!" And Santa said as he drove out of sight [Dracula accent]: "Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Night blaaaa!" Jingle Bells Jingle Bells Jingle All the Way Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh Dashing through the snow Where is that reindeer with the red nose blaaaa Oh Dasher and Dancer and Comet and Cupid....

| All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth Everybody stops and stares at me These two teeth are gone as you can see I don't know just who to blame For this catastrophe! But my one wish on Christmas Eve Is as plain as it can be! All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, My two front teeth, See my two front teeth! Gee, if I could only have my two front teeth, Then I could WITH You "Merry Christmas" It seems so long since I could say, "Sister Susie sitting on a thistle!" Gosh oh gee, how happy I'd be, If I could only whistle (thhhh) All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, My two front teeth, See my two front teeth. Gee, if I could only have my two front teeth, Then I could wish you "Merry Christmas!" assembledbysmiley2006 |

Angels, From The Realms Of Glory Angels, from the realms of Glory, wing your flight o'er all the earth; Ye, who sang creation's story, Now proclaim Messiah's birth: Come and Worship, Come and Worship Worship Christ, the new-born King. Shepherds in the field abiding, Watching o'er your flocks by night, God with man is now residing; Yonder shines the infant Light: Refrain Sages, leave your contemplations, Brighter visions beam afar; Seek the Great Desire of Nations; Ye have seen his Natal Star. Refrain Saints before the altar bending, Watching long in hope and fear, Suddenly the Lord, descending, In his temple shall appear: Refrain tune, Regent Square, H. Smart, 1867 James Montgomery 1816

Angels We Have Heard On High Angels we have heard on high, Singing sweetly through the night, And the mountains in reply Echoing their brave delight. Gloria in excelsis Deo. Gloria in excelsis Deo. Shepherds, why this jubilee? Why these songs of happy cheer? What great brightness did you see? What glad tiding did you hear? Gloria in excelsis Deo. Gloria in excelsis Deo. Come to Bethlehem and see Him whose birth the angels sing; Come, adore on bended knee Christ, the lord, the new-born King. Gloria in excelsis Deo. Gloria in excelsis Deo. See him in a manger laid Whom the angels praise above; Mary, Joseph, lend your aid, While we raise our hearts in Love. Gloria in excelsis Deo. Gloria in excelsis Deo. | Auld Lang Syne Chorus For auld lang syne, my dear For auld lang syne We'll take a cup O'Kindness yet For auld lang syne! Should auld acquaintance be forgot, And never brought to mind? Should auld acquaintance be forgot, And auld lang syne! And surely ye'll be your pint' stowp, And surely I'll be mine, And We'll take a cup O'Kindness yet For auld lang syne! We twa hae run about the braes, And pou'd the gowans find, But we've wander'd monie and weary fit Sin' auld lang syne We twa hae paidl'd in the burn Frae morning sun till dine, But seas between us braid hae roar'd Sin' auld lang syne. And there's a hand, my trusty fiere, And gie's a hand o'thine, And we'll tak a right guid-willie waught For auld lang syne! Chorus For auld lang syne, my dear For auld lang snye We'll take a cup O'Kindness yet For auld lang syne! By Robert Burns (There are no miss-spelled words, This is Old English AKA Gaelic)

Away In The Manger
Away in the manger no crib for His bed. The Little Lord Jesus Laid down His Sweet Head.
The stars in the sky Look down where He Lay, The Little Lord Jesus Asleep on the Hay.
The Cattle are lowing The Poor Baby wakes, But Little Lord Jesus, No crying he makes,
I Love Thee, Lord Jesus; Look down from the sky, And stay by my cradle, Till morning is night.

A Christmas Hymnby Richard WilberA stable-lamp is lighted Whose glow shall wake the sky; The stars shall bend their voices, And every stone shall cry. And every stone shall cry, And straw like gold shall shine; A barn shall harbor heaven, A stall become a shrine.
This child through David's city Shall ride in triumph by; The palm shall strew its branches, And every stone shall cry. And every stone shall cry, Though heavy, dull, and dumb, And lie within the roadway To pave his kingdom come.
Yet he shall be forsaken, And yielded up to die; The sky shall groan and darken, And every stone shall cry. And every stone shall cry For stony hearts of men: God's blood upon the spearhead, God's love refused again.
But now, as at the ending, The low is lifted high; The stars shall bend their voices, And every stone shall cry. And every stone shall cry, In praises of the child, By whose descent among us, The worlds are reconciled.AngelBear7042
