White Sauce


2-1/2 tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup flour

1 cup hot milk



Heat frying pan, add butter, when melted add flour and stir well

When mixture bubbles add 2/3 hot milk at once and the remaining 1/3 gradually

Stir constantly until smooth

Add salt and pepper
