Sweet and Sour Sauce

2 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

Salt and pepper

1 cup soup stock

Melt the sugar in a skillet, brown the flour in the butter and then add soup stock gradually

Stir in the vinegar and seasoning

Serve hot over vegetables.
