Currant-Horseradish Sauce




2/3 cup currant jelly

1/3 cup prepared horseradish



In small saucepan, melt jelly over low heat, stirring constantly

Stir in horseradish

Heat gently

Serve warm with Baked Veal Loaf, or cold, with lamb or beef

Makes 1 cup
