Marshmallow Roll
My mother’s recipe

1-1/2 cups any flavored chips
2 tsp butter
1 egg
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pkg tiny colored marshmallows
½ cup chopped nuts

Melt chips and butter and beat in egg and fold in powdered sugar
Add marshmallows and nuts and form small roll
Roll in flaked coconut on wax paper

Roll up
Keep chilled and slice as needed
