| Fudgy Liqueur Cups 3/4 cup all purpose flour1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened1/3 cup sugar1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese, softened1/4 cup margarine or butter1/2 cup sugar1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 egg2 tbsp Grand Marnier, Cointreau, or Cherry Liqueur1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup white baking pieces with cocoa butter, melted For pastryStir together flour and the 1/4 cup cocoa powderSet asideIn a small mixer bowl beat the 1/3 cup margarine or butter, the 1/3 cup sugar, and the cream cheese, till fluffyGradually add flour mixture, beating till combinedIf necessary, cover and chill dough about 30 minutes or till easy to handle Divide dough into 24 ballsPlace each ball in a lightly greased 1-3/4 inch muffin cupPress dough evenly against the bottom and sides of cup Melt the 1/4 cup margarine or butter over low heatRemove from heatStir in the 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, egg, liqueur, and vanillaSpoon about 1 tbsp filling into each pastry-lined muffin cup Bake at 325 for about 18 minutes or till filling is setCool 10 minutes in pansRemove from pans, cool completely on wire racksDrizzle with melted white baking piecesMakes 24 | |
