Glazed Cocoa Drops
1-1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ salt
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup cocoa
2 eggs
½ cup soft butter or margarine
1-1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
4 cups Kellogg’s Cocoa Krisipies
1-1/2 cups sifted confectioner’s sugar
2-3 tbsp cream or milk
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, granulated sugar and cocoa into mixing bowl
Add eggs, butter and 1 tsp of the vanilla, beat well
Fold in Cocoa Krisipes
Drop by level tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheets
Bake in moderate oven 350 about 11 minutes
Blend confectioner’s sugar, remaining vanilla and enough cream to make thin glaze
When cookies cool, spread with glaze.
Sprinkle with additional Cocoa Krisipies, if desired
Yield about 5 dozen cookies, two inches in diameter
