"Wonder" Bread



1 1/4 cup water (milk for softer crust)
1 Tbs. butter
1 teas. Lemon juice
1/4 cup dry milk powder
1 Tbs. sugar
1 teas. Salt
1/4 cup mashed potato flakes
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cake or pastry flour
2 1/4 teas. Active dry yeast
Use either sandwich cycle or basic bread.
Light or medium crust.
