Amazing Peanut Butter Chocolate Molten Cake



4 squares semi sweet baking chocolate

½ cup (1 stick) butter

1 cup powdered sugar

2 whole eggs

2 egg yolks

6 tbsp flour

4 oz (1/2 of 8oz pkg) cream cheese, softened

3 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

¼ tsp vanilla

½ cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping



Preheat oven to 425

Grease 1 quart soufflé or baking dish, set aside

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1 ½ minutes

Or until chocolate is almost melted

Stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted

Stir in powdered sugar

Blend in whole eggs and egg yolks

Stir in flour set aside

Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended

Pour half of the chocolate batter into prepared dish, cover with peanut butter mixture

Top with remaining chocolate batter

Bake 20 minutes or until edge is set but center is still slightly soft

Cool slightly

Top each serving with whipped topping

Store any leftover dessert in refrigerator

Makes 10 servings
