Caramel Pineapple Skillet Cake

Pour 3 tablespoonful of butter and 1 cup of brown sugar in an iron frying pan
Let it simmer for a few minutes
Then add sliced canned pineapple just to fit pan
A medium pan requires about 7 slices around and 1 in the middle
Then make a batter of
3 eggs,
1-1/2 cups of sugar,
1/2 cup water,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
A pinch of salt,
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder,
1-1/2 cups flour
Pour this batter over the pineapple, put frying pan into oven, leaving it in a hot oven for 10 minutes,
Reduce heat and bake about 50 minutes.
Turn out of pan on a large plate
Serve with whipped cream
