Vermouth Cassis



3 oz Dry Vermouth

1/2 oz Creme de Cassis

Pour into highball glass with 2 ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water. Stir slightly

2 oz Dry Vermouth

2 oz Dubonnet

1 dash orange bitters

Stir with ice, strain into cocktail glass

Add twist of lemon peel.
