Cottage Cheese Pie

Cottage Cheese Pie

2 tbsp butter

2/3 cup sugar

3 egg yolks

1 tbsp flour

Pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup cottage cheese

3 egg whites

1/2 cup cream

1/3 tsp cinnamon

Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks

Add salt, flour, vanilla and mix well

Add cheese, cream and mix well

Fold beaten egg whites

And put in pie shell

Bake 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
